How quickly can I book tech help?

What does the RUT deduction cover?

IT services in the home qualify for the RUT deduction. It covers the labor cost, up to the Swedish Tax Agency's annual cap per person. Materials, parts and any travel costs are not included.

How much time is included in the price?

The price covers up to 1 hour. If the job takes longer, additional time is charged per started quarter hour.

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

Let us know within 24 hours and we'll fix it at no extra cost, in line with our satisfaction guarantee.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, free of charge up until 48 hours before your booked time. Cancelling within 24 hours is charged according to our cancellation policy.
